Online Return Policy
Hannah Artwear offers returns within 14 days of delivery, this applies to Australian, New Zealand and international orders. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Hannah Artwear shipping mailer bags come with a resealable flap and can be used for returning orders.
Full price items can be returned for a refund, credit note or a size exchange. Sale items may be returned for a credit note or a size exchange only. $10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping label back to the customer.
Final sale are not eligible for refund, credit note or exchange, exceptions might be made for faulty items and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Final sale will be labelled on the product page.
To respect the hygiene and health of our team, returns are not accepted for swimwear where protective hygiene coverings have been opened and the product appears to be used and worn. Items that are returned otherwise may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Exceptions may be made for products that might be faulty or have a flaw. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If your order is accepted for return you will be credited back on the original payment method less the original shipping fee. Please allow 10 business days once the refund has been issued for the funds to return to the relevant account. If you purchased using an online gift voucher or credit voucher you will be issued a new credit voucher to spend online.
If you find your Hannah Artwear sizing is not right and require a different size, you will be able to exchange. We are unable to exchange for a different item and prompt you to return via the return portal (LINK). If the item you are hoping to exchange for is no longer available a refund or credit note will be issued.
Credit vouchers will be issued at the full amount of the purchase price less the shipping of the order. All credit vouchers will be emailed to the customer and are valid for 2 years. Credit notes are valid online.
Shipping Domestic and International Returns
For international returns, a return address will be provided once you have completed your request and will be sent via email. For all orders returning to Hannah Artwear, we recommend using a trackable service as Hannah Artwear cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
If you have received your online order and the items do not match what you ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
If you have purchased using Afterpay and your return qualifies for a refund, you will be credited back through the Afterpay platform. If your return requires a credit voucher you will continue to make payments until the item is paid for and we will issue you a credit voucher when we receive your return.

Once approved, Post your order to the address below. Do not post your parcel before you receive approval for the return.
