Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.


Hannah Artwear accepts returns within 14 days of receipt for items purchased via the Hannah Artwear online store that meet the Return Policy criteria. Please see our returns page for further details.

Sale and Discounted Items

When purchasing items, choose carefully as we do not offer refund for discounted items unless faulty or damaged. Please see our Return Policy for further details. 

Please ensure your return item is in original condition and has tags attached. Garments returned with any visible wear and tear will not be refunded. Returns windows are 14 days from receiving your order.

Final Sale Items

Final sale refers to items that have been marked down with a discount of 50% or more. Final sale items are not eligible for return unless in the event of the items being faulty or damaged. Product pages will be marked with final sale notices.

Faulty Items

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded, and Hannah Artwear will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and cleaning are not considered faulty. Hannah Artwear reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refunds based on the item being in suitable condition.

Colour may vary due to the hand dyed nature of the garments. Our artisan teams work hard to maintain consistency.


All Australian orders include a charge of 10% GST which is included in the retail price.

Prices and Imagery

Hannah Artwear reserves the right to alter, update or change the pricing of any item available on the site at any time. Should a payment be flagged as fraudulent, Hannah Artwear reserves the right to cancel or reject an order.

Hannah Artwear works hard to display and inform the customer as accurately as possible to present the product, colour, size, cut and fit. Colour may vary slightly depending on the customer display monitor and may represent the product inaccurately. We understand that every body, shape and fit is different and therefore cannot guarantee the same fit for all customers.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact dana@hannahartwear.com within 7 working days of placing your order so we can work to locate and investigate the circumstances of the missing goods. We will do everything in our power to assist in locating the goods and assist with redelivery.

We try to keep the website up to date and accurate however it may contain errors and might be amended by the company from time to time. If the user does not accept the terms and conditions, we request that the user refrains from using the website and its content.
