Australia

Hannah Artwear offers free Express Shipping via Australia Post for all orders over $400 within Australia. Orders under $400 have the option of $10 Standard Shipping or $15 Express Shipping, both sent via Australia Post. While our team strives to dispatch orders promptly, processing times may vary during peak periods. Domestic delivery times range between 3-5 business days.

New Zealand

Hannah Artwear offers a flat rate of $25 NZD for DHL International Express Delivery. Orders over $800 NZD qualify for free DHL Express Delivery.

United States

Hannah Artwear offers a flat rate of $30 USD for DHL International Express Delivery. Orders over $1,000 USD qualify for free DHL Express Delivery.

Rest of the World

Hannah Artwear offers a flat rate of $40 AUD for DHL International Express Delivery. Orders over $1,000 AUD qualify for free delivery.

 

We cover duties and fees for international orders only on purchases over $1,000. All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay these charges, the parcel will be returned to Hannah Artwear, and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that international duties and taxes are determined by each country and are subject to change. International orders typically take 3-8 business days to arrive. We use DHL Express for all international shipments. Please note that international shipping costs do not include taxes or duties for orders under $1,000. Customs in the destination country may apply these charges, which are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For more information on taxes, duties, and customs regulations, please contact your local customs office directly.

Boutique Return Policy

Purchases made in-store can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or store credit. Refunds are not offered for in-store purchases. If you wish to return an online order in a Hannah Boutique, please ensure that the return meets the conditions of our online returns policy before visiting the store.

Online Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be received by Hannah Artwear within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. To request a return, please contact our team at hello@hannahartwear.com.

Refunds are eligible only for full-priced items. Full-price items can be returned for a full refund, 110% store credit, or a size exchange.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Items marked as "sale" or discounted during a promotional event can only be returned for a 100% store credit or a free size exchange.

Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Items marked as "Final Sale" fall under this policy.

If your return does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

Online Returns within Australia

Hannah Artwear provides a prepaid return label for orders made within Australia. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. Returns requesting an exchange or store credit will receive free returns. Customers may also return items at their own cost; a return address will be provided upon approval.

Online Returns outside Australia

For international returns, customers are responsible for organizing the return shipment. After your return request is approved, an address will be provided. We recommend using a trackable service, as Hannah Artwear cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. International postal services may take 5-10 business days to return your parcel. Once received, we will confirm the arrival and process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee if the prepaid label is used, as well as any original shipping fees. Once processed, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we can arrange a size exchange for you. If the desired item is no longer available, we can offer a refund for full-price items or a store credit.

Store Credits 

For full-price items, store credits will be issued at 110% of the purchase price, less shipping costs. For sale items, store credits will be issued at 100% of the purchase price, less shipping. Store credits will be emailed directly to the customer and are valid for 3 years. You will receive a unique code that can be used online or in-store.

Please note that local and international postal services can take 5-7 business days to return your parcel. Once received, we will confirm the arrival and process your refund, exchange, or credit note.

Faulty Items

All items are quality controlled before dispatch, but if you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@hannahartwear.com with your order number and images of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, failure to follow care instructions, or misuse will not be considered faulty.

Swimwear Returns

For hygiene reasons, swimwear returns are not accepted if the protective hygiene covering has been removed or the product appears used or worn. Items returned otherwise may be rejected and sent back to the customer. Exceptions may be made for faulty products, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
