Australia

Hannah Artwear offers free Express Shipping via Australia Post for all orders over $400 within Australia. Orders under $400 have the option of $10 Standard Shipping or $15 Express Shipping, both sent via Australia Post. While our team strives to dispatch orders promptly, processing times may vary during peak periods. Domestic delivery times range between 3-5 business days.

International

International freight will be provided by DHL Express.

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on delivery country. All payable duties and taxes will be displayed at check-out and we guarantee no additional charges on delivery. Please allow 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive via DHL Express.

Some regions may require duties and taxes to be prepaid before shipment, other regions may have to option to prepay or pay upon delivery.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

Return Policy

In store

Purchases made in-store can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or store credit. Refunds are not offered for in-store purchases. If you wish to return an online order in a Hannah Boutique, please ensure that the return meets the conditions of our online returns policy before visiting the store.

Online Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be received by Hannah Artwear within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. To request a return, please contact our team at hello@hannahartwear.com.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are eligible only for full-priced items.
  • Full-price items can be returned for a full refund, 110% store credit, or a size exchange.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Items marked as "sale" or discounted during a promotional event can only be returned for a 100% store credit or a free size exchange.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Items marked as "Final Sale" fall under this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hats: Due to hygiene reasons, hats cannot be returned.

If your return does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed after we receive your item. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Online Returns within Australia

Hannah Artwear provides a prepaid return label for orders made within Australia. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. Returns requesting an exchange or store credit will receive free returns. Customers may also return items at their own cost; a return address will be provided upon approval.

Online Returns outside Australia

For international customers to request a return please contact hello@hannahartwear.com Hannah Artwear can provide a prepaid return label for orders made outside Australia. If opting for a refund the return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds value. Returns requesting an exchange or store credit will receive free returns. Customers may also return items at their own cost; a return address will be provided upon approval.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee if the prepaid label is used, as well as any original shipping fees. Once processed, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we can arrange a size exchange for you. If the desired item is no longer available, we can offer a refund for full-price items or a store credit.

Store Credits 

For full-price items, store credits will be issued at 110% of the purchase price, less shipping costs. For sale items, store credits will be issued at 100% of the purchase price, less shipping. Store credits will be emailed directly to the customer and are valid for 3 years. You will receive a unique code that can be used online or in-store.

Faulty Items

All items are quality controlled before dispatch, but if you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@hannahartwear.com with your order number and images of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, failure to follow care instructions, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
